privacy policy covers the Interwebnet L.L.C. treatment
of personally identifiable information that we may collect
when you are on our site, and when you use our services.
This policy also applies to the Interwebnet L.L.C. treatment
of any personally identifiable information that our
business partners may share with us. This policy does
not apply to the practices of companies that we do not
own or control, or to people that we do not employ or
manage.
Information Collection and Use We may collect personally
identifiable information when you visit or use our pages.
We may also receive personally identifiable information
from our business partners. We also automatically receive
and record information on our server logs from your
browser including your IP address, and the page you
requested.

Our policy here at Interweb, is one of the utmost respect
for your personal privacy. Privacy is what makes making
payments or shopping online so satisfying. This is why
we've developed policies for customer privacy that all
of our employees must follow:
All online payments and orders are processed using
secure servers that utilize the technology called SSL
(Secure Socket Layering). This encrypts the process
so that others cannot intercept your information online
through hacking attempts. No customer information is
EVER transmitted by electronic mail, to include but
not limited to the list of personal information in the
next section of this Privacy Statement.
Along with encryption of your personal information,
if we get an online payment, we've checked it thoroughly.
We use a sophisticated electronic system to check for
misused or stolen account numbers and verify information.
If anything is unusual about the payment, such as the
shipping address being different from the billing address,
we ALWAYS call the account holder. When calling the
cardholder, we ask specific questions about the payment
that only the account holder would know if he/she actually
permitted it. If we're provided misinformation (IE-
a fake telephone number, or account number), we report
the incident and tracking information to the issuing
bank for investigation of fraud. We do not allow strange
transactions, such as international orders being shipped
to international addresses while being billed to a stateside
account without prior consent of the account holder.
Even if the phone number is international, we call first.
No personal information belonging to customers
will be given to any third party for ANY reason.
No spam will be tolerated, either of our company email
boxes, or of anyone else's email boxes. (SPAM = unsolicited
advertising in one's email box). Accounts performing
such activities will be immediately terminated and subject
to being penalized the fullest extent of state and federal
laws, including the payment of all attorney and/or court
costs.
